I was so proud to produce this pro-bono work for Ad Council. The fentanyl crisis needs urgent attention and most of Gen Z don’t know this issue affects them.
Substitute Dealers was handed to me as an idea - an idea to have former drug dealers teach real high school kids about the dangers of fentanyl. I knew I wanted to approach it from a documentary POV and worked with 2 PAs on research for almost a month before we reached out to anyone. We found our substitute dealers through an organization called Second Chance Studios and through former dealers active on social media. We researched high schools that are in areas highly affected by fentanyl overdoses and ended up working with casting to call over 250+ schools. Then there was weeks of preparation and writing and re-writing lesson plans in collaboration with the substitute dealers, the school, Ad Council, and their expert partners. The result is an Anthem, individual Lesson Plans, and a Zine with instructions for teachers around the country to teach these lessons on their own.

A high end fashion campaign to showcase all the spontaneous options at Virgin Hotels for the summer. This was a three day shoot taking place across the Dallas and Nashville hotels and produced through JOAN Studios with myself overseeing both agency and production ends of the project. Partnering with Jimmy Marble and fashion stylist Turner, we created quirky characters that showcased the unique individuals who stay at Virgin Hotels. DP Casey Showalter captured motion between shots. And Doug Voisin served as prop stylist and pool master - even posing underwater for a few shots.
I served as agency producer and line producer on this low-budget job to launch the first Virgin Hotel outside of the US. Produced through JOAN Studios I partnered with local service company LS and Danish fashion photographer Sarah Stenfeldt. The whole team and shoot was inspired by the Scottish national animal, the Unicorn. From wardrobe, props, and casting we tried to inject an old wolrd meets new into the campaign where we could.
Stills were the main asset for this campaign with motion shot over the shoulder of the photographer by the JOAN team.
Why The Sheetz Not
This full rebrand of Sheetz took months of work to create a full integrated bundle of assets for them. Starting with design and a brand new typeface created by artist Timothy Goodman. Then a full 3 day photoshoot with Marcus Nillson and food stylist Victoria Granoff to create a library of image assets. And 3 additional days on location in Columbus, OH at a new Sheetz store to build out 5 x :30s comedic spots with up-and-coming director Nina Lee.
Banners, in-store digital screens, radio, audio at the gas pump, and paid social rounded out the for this campaign which had over 185+ individual assets.
Google.org Global Impact Challenge for Women and Girls
During COVID it was found that women and girls were financially hit at a disproportionate rate. So Google funded 40 global organizations that aim to help women with financial literacy. Partnering with Picture Farm Productions x Magnum Photography and under the direction of our director, Francesca Conzarino, we photographed all organizations remotely around the world and filmed 5 main stories to make a beautiful anthem for the project. The whole thing came together at the end when Amanda Gorman lent her voice and her poetry to the final film.

This first project for oneworld Alliance at Ogilvy was to give the brand a new identity for the digital and social media age. We set out to create :15s that could capture a consumer’s attention on their feed. The whole project had to be efficient and also deliver stills and GIFs that contain a message apart from the film. One shoot in Barcelona and one shoot in LA, 6 months of total edit time, and 270 unique assets for 13 partner airlines and we created Travel Bright.
